The task was clear – handle the production and import of CNC machines, laser, and filtration equipment.

Project Process:
- Quote Preparation & Cost Efficiency: After analyzing the project details, we realized that the initial order size would result in transporting unnecessary air. We added additional items to improve the cost-efficiency of the shipment.
- Production & Quality Control: Upon confirming production, we sent a representative to oversee the production and send photo/video documentation for the client’s approval.
- Export & Shipping: We managed the entire export process, including preparing export documents, coordinating the loading of goods, and arranging the shipping.
- Unloading & Delivery: The unloading of goods occurred as scheduled without any issues.
Post-Delivery Issue:
Although the initial delivery went smoothly, a later issue arose when one of the machines malfunctioned due to a manufacturing error. This is a common problem with Chinese suppliers, where manufacturers are often unwilling to recognize claims.
- Warranty Process: While we do not typically offer after-sale service, in this case, we took responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction. We initiated the warranty process with the manufacturer, negotiated a solution, and facilitated video conferencing to troubleshoot the problem in real time.
- Solution & Compensation: After thorough testing, it was determined that two components needed replacement. The manufacturer sent the replacement parts free of charge and provided the client with a discount on their next order.
Outcome:
Though challenging, this situation reinforced the value of our services. The experience proved that our customers benefit from not just delivery but continued support and expertise.
